Propane issues in 2015 forest river Georgetown

OPD valve. Go outside, close the main valve, wait 5 minutes and slowly open the valve. With a gas match, go inside, turn on a stove burner and try lighting it.
BTW IS SHE POSITIVE there is actually any gas in the tank?
