I've been in RV parks where the LPG distributor will come out on call, others where they will come out one day a week and go through the park. I think for the distributor, it is a matter of trying to get some return on manpower costs.
But you said "campground." Depending on what government agency is running the campground, it might be a matter of policy to restrict commercial activity.
