Pros/Cons. Base plates, CRV, 06,11.
Would like to hear from anyone, that has Blue Ox, or Demco. Ease of hook up, and installation on car. Presently have roadmaster, would like to not have crossbar. Thanks, Chuck

Before you make the decision, download the installation instructions and see what you have to do to the car to install the base plate. I have an '06 CRV; I went with Roadmaster base plate because the Blue Ox required that I drill and chisel off a bracket on each side to install the base plate. The Roadmaster was a direct bolt-on with no drilling/chiseling required.
