Since you're coming from California....:W....if you really want a treat, stop at the top of the hill at Supai and HIKE to the Supai village or take the mules down. Beautiful trip, but strenuous if you're hiking. The village has three waterfalls. The middle one allows you to hike right behind the falls about half way up. Water is clear and beautiful. They have small cabins for rent now, which they didn't have years ago when I did the hike. We left the coach up top and slept in tents, under the stars.....Dennis
