Yup, he kept it in a climate controlled shop in WA. He moved to OR 6 months ago and it has been under a cover. It has 38,500 miles on it.
2 tires are new (600 miles 6 months old) and the other 4 have 70-80% tread although they are 11 years old. I know they say you should change them after 7 years no matter what, but does that still apply if it's kept indoors?
All 6 are Toyo tires. If I change them while traveling home, where is a good place to get them at and what should I expect to pay for 4 tires mounted/balanced?
I was pretty thorough with the seller and he said everything works perfectly. He said it looks and smells like a brand new MH.
Even though it's 2,000 miles away, I'm super pumped. If it all works out, the drive home will be worth it as I've heard the NW is beautiful and I've never been...
