I just went through what you're thinking about. I worked the deal over the phone as best I could then went to pick up the coach. The dealer flew us out to pick up the coach by the end of the month. He had to make his numbers! Long story short, there were so many things wrong with the coach we had to reject it. The management of the dealership did everything he could to make us happy. We actually ended up with a better unit for the same money. A fantastic value capped off a nightmare of an experience.
In summary, Inspect the coach in person with someone else that knows coaches and what to look for before you sign anything that commits your hard earned dollars. BTW, even the newest coach is likely to have something wrong with it so expect some time to fix what you find.
