Thanks everyone for the replies. I too, worry about snow load, falling tree, etc. but the savings seem fairly hefty. Thankfully no loan to worry about on a 27yr old unit. Not worth too much $$$$ market value but priceless to us.
Interesting thought about the MH being covered by homeowners when parked in driveway. Looks like I have 2 agents to call (auto + home)
