Some manuf recommend to put the slides out before jacking the coach to avoid the frame twist impact on the slideouts. Others just the opposite. My builder says s/o first then jacks, and it makes good sense that you're not creating an alignment problem.
As far as a perfect level, that is not usually the situation, anything beyond that is a judgement call. Just remember if you block up the jacks you're creating a frame twist(stress), how much....depends on other variables.
