You made a great choice. My experience, with the dealer, was a total opposite (Blaine Jensen RV in Utah), with everyone going the extra mile to make sure I was happy. That is also including the owners who would take the time to talk with me at every step that I needed any help.
I owned at least 8 other campervans, including 3 VW's back in the day. I don't think I kept any of them more than 2 years.
I bought the Pleasureway Luxor 9 years ago (on a Chevy chassis) and it's still in the driveway and ready to go to California tomorrow. That says it all.
I've also owned Roadtreks and I think very highly of them and the company. Roadtrek, like Pleasureway, would also go the extra mile whenever needed.
