My dear friend who used to work on the assembly line in a Forest River plant told me that the pressure to produce coaches is unreasonable. There is no time to do it right, so obviously there is no time to do it over. Add to that the fact that most of the workers are paid minimum wage and many of them are ex-cons and drug addicts, and you have a recipe for disaster. Just passing on what a reliable source has shared with me.
