All RV manufactures need to build there coaches slow, gentle and easy IMHO! There all out there working fast on the assembly line trying to corner the market when, they should be trying to achieve quality thru taking pride in there work and craftmanship. I'll it takes is one person on the line not dedicated to customer service on any one day to make things go awry.
