Heres a thought. In 2008 there was a recession and motorhome sales tanked. So the companies laid off their employees but kept the best ones. As sales increased they hired more people, most of which were unexperienced and needed on the job training.
I think a 2009-2012 motorhome has the best quality for the price because it was built by mostly experienced people. So find the best for your money and the floor plan that suits you.
The king beds are wide but not long. You will need to pull out the mattress and put a wedge behind it to set the pillows on. If you have 2 slides like I do, you will need to remove the wedge before putting the slides in. A front to back bed vs side to side, will alleviate this problem.
