I think that with the owner paying half the bill you would get a bargain letting the dealer do all that was on the list! New batteries (as long as they are a good brand) and AC & furnace cleaned, new roof caulking for the price of $1k is a real deal! No problem there.
The dealer will really make out on this transaction though. File this one for future reference!
We bought a 2005 coach with 15k miles. It is like brand new. But it never fails that there is always something that needs done. You may want to check with your local dealer to see if there were any recalls that may need done too. Then build that relationship with your dealer so that he will be able to help when you decide on DIY items.
