At first blush, I think the Seller is being a straight up guy. He is showing flexibility, and seems to want to please you. I think the items that need attention are not in anyway critical. They are simply maintenance items. The batteries on the other hand seem to be overpriced by about 40%. But then again, he is willing to split the cost with you so you are ahead of the game.
