One other tip re the a/c. Remove the inside a/c trim surround (4 screws) and tighten/snug the 4 screws holding the a/c's to the roof. Easy to do yourself and needs to be done every couple of years to compress the seal slightly due to aging and taking a set. This will help avoid inside leaks
