question? can you get shocked from 12volt?
kids tote trailer has 12volt electric jack ,and last week in the rain, they say they got shocked when some body touched the trailer. I know nothing about electric things.

thanks guys , after talking to them,and calling the people camped close to them, there was a third camper down from him melted the extension cable from the CG peddistle to the camper ,guy said it was fried ,
