question? can you get shocked from 12volt?
kids tote trailer has 12volt electric jack ,and last week in the rain, they say they got shocked when some body touched the trailer. I know nothing about electric things.

Honestly, I've had my hands on both posts of maybe a hundred different 12 volt batteries over the years and never a tickle......including a 283 '57 BelAir.
