If factory parts are needed, could very well be a correct time delay because most every maker has been running behind in parts fulfillment during the heavy winter build months (show orders). I speak to FR from personal experience - 8 to 12 weeks to get factory-only parts.
However, some of what you are looking for are likely generic items.
You seem to suggest you are not really happy with the technician or work-to-date so why not just get a second opinion on repairs and a written quote from someone else?
