hi I have a 2006 Winnebago journey C-7 cat. 50000 miles I have no over heating problem but should I just drain the radiator and refill with new coolant.? rudi

At a minimum, along with a coolant flush and new coolant, replace the thermostat(s). Caterpillar calls them regulators.
Be sure to check/change your V belt that drives the water pump-- it is NOT on an automatic tensioner.
