We have a 2000 Monaco Monarch, gas coach, that we bought when it was 10 year old. We have been full-time for 5 years in it now and it is now 16 yrs old. We are very satisfied with the quality and build, and wouldn't hesitate to buy an older Monarch again. We have had very few problems and the coach has many upgrades. Based on what we paid at 10 yrs old, you may be able to find one a little newer than mid-90's that will also have the wider wheel base.
