Rates In Florida
What I am wanting to know if the state of Florida has a ceiling on the percentage a RV park can raise their rates per year? Thanks for all comments

Campgrounds in the Keys raised their rates and are overflowing (waitlist only) due to two major campgrounds closing this year. Land prices apparently are more lucrative than a RV park, at least in the FL Keys! We checked out one "promising" location between Key West and Marathon this month ... minimal 24 feet (our Lance is 20.9') and $4,500/MONTH! YIKES! And I thought Boyd's was expensive at $3K/month. Better keep our sailboat, inexplicably much less expensive for a slip at a marina than a space at a Keys campground!
