Rates In Florida
What I am wanting to know if the state of Florida has a ceiling on the percentage a RV park can raise their rates per year? Thanks for all comments

Rent controls on Mobile Home parks are pretty common. RV Parks do not fall under the same rules/controls. They charge what they can get. Go to Rapid City during Sturgis and check out the rates in all the surrounding communities for that month!! We had to show our SD DL to get the "locals" rates....Dennis
