Rates In Florida
What I am wanting to know if the state of Florida has a ceiling on the percentage a RV park can raise their rates per year? Thanks for all comments

There is a very big difference between communism and socialism. I've been to Cuba, Russia and other countries and have seen what devastation communism causes. Socialism is very different (not that I condone it).
Rent control in NYC saved a lot of older people from losing their apt's. Proposition 13 helped a lot of people in California not lose their homes to rising Real Estate taxes.
There is a happy medium that can be good for all.
