Rates In Florida
What I am wanting to know if the state of Florida has a ceiling on the percentage a RV park can raise their rates per year? Thanks for all comments

The ONLY time the rates are controlled is during a State Emergency, like a hurricane where some place may raise the rates on those trying to evacuate.
There was at one time a rate increase limit on MOBILE home parks, where the residents were full time and this was considered their permanent residence.
Other than an emergency, private park owners can raise their rates whenever they want.
