The Dometic fridge and roof AC unit on our 2004 rig died at about ten years old. It's about due for two new 6 volt Trojan house batteries now, and maybe a better converter/battery charger. Tires can go 4 to 6 years before developing sidewall cracks and becoming unsafe. Of course, how much you use your fridge and roof AC etc., can effect how long they will run before needing replacement. So, if you buy rig that is ten years old and everything is working, you can expect that some expensive repairs and replacements will be needed in the near future.
