Alternatives for storing sewer dump assembly - sanitary?

I have a 1998 Roadtrek 190P which houses the sewer dump fitting in the large storage compartment along with the city water hookup and fresh water hose storage, outdoor shower, and the electrical power...

Would it be possible to post a photo of your set-up? This is ideally what I would like to do but would like to know the best location for the mount for stability, ease of access, and least interference with other systems. Thanks!
