Can a high end Spartan K3 Chassis be better than a Prevost?

Kevlar is the fiber that bulletproof vest are made of ,as far as smooth as glass finish that is up to the craftsmen involved you can get smooth as glass finish in any thing ,and no - corvettes aren't fibreglass anymore.
And Prevost is built on a (bridge ) truss frame not a monocoque as claimed be the op salesmen.
With all the body perforations a monocoque would be the wonder of the world.
