Ford E450 class c with V10 slow to start sometimes

I have a 04 class c with the v10. After it sit for some time it will turn over for 5-10 sec be for starting up. It dose not do this all the time mostly after it sits for a week or two. It has done it...

I am going to change the fuel filter this weekend and hope for the best on our trip. If the fuel pump goes out on the trip I will just have to change it than. Going to bring all necessary tools with me to do the job on the road. Thanks for all the help. Going to be running some Lucas fuel injector cleaner in it so hopefully that will help lube the pump.
