roinhome, As a tip, I had my dash air checked and serviced at year one. It was working OK, but I was getting a bunch of other work done so I threw the air in too. While in New Mexico at a rest stop, with the dash air running, about the same as your 75-80 degree temp. When we got back on the road, it was freeze out. Really cold air coming out. Talked to a gent about a year later at an RV park and he had had a similiar experience. We attributed it to insufficient air flow through the engine compartment even with the fans running. On year 4 now and no problems at all.
