I installed it 3 years ago on my 2014 TH
You can do it if you are handy
The cable going into the bumper will be horizontally aligned with the bumper, it will be obvious when you install
The brake cable through the firewall is a little tricky, but it must be aligned to the brake pedal. Take the left front wheel off and note the brake plumbing behind the firewall. Find a reference point that is detectable from both sides of the firewall, use it to identify where the brake plumbing is so you don't drill a hole through anything important!
The firewall is two layers separated by about 1/2" (unibody?), you must go through both layers and secure the sleeve well
that's what I can remember from 3 years ago on my 2014 TH
