I just got back from a 4,000 mile trip out west. My right front tire has about a 1/4 inch wide divet on the tread. It is about one inch from the outside edge of the tire. None of the other tires are showing this kind of wear. I am curious if air pressure is the main cause? I left with 90lbs of pressure down south and when I got to Amarillo, the air pressure was above 120lbs in that particular tire. The air pressure was much higher in every tire, but that one was higher than the rest.
Post a pic.
Rivering is a design issue and often considered normal by the manufacturer.
Cupping is usually a balance vs shocks issue. Get a lug centric balance for best results.
