personally - if you could do this you'll be a VERY VERY rich man.
imagine what 25% less fuel consumption would mean to FLEET's (like Walmart). WMT would pay you heavenly sums of money & they'd do it w/ a smile on their face.
So far all I've seen is a bunch of talk about pickup trucks, with no substantial proof - so far all you've talked about things everyone already knows about & things that a DIYer can do & still they don't achieve 25% increases in mpg - so enough talk, PROVE it & become a millionaire !
