We bought our coach in Southern California and decided to take a factory delivery of our coach in Coburg, OR. There was a $1,500 up-charge as the factory gave us a tech for two 8 hr. sessions. It was the best money that we ever spent. The tech was very thorough and he spent a solid two 8 hr. days with us.
After purchase and working with our Southern California dealer, they were clueless on so many things. I really wonder where they get some of their help.
