LOL, I am a builder, and I get plenty of customers like this. I have done walk thrus that lasted 1/2 a day, and they turn out to be a waste of time for all of us. This year I took a look at an issue in a four year old house. I asked why the toilets were full of rust stains? Are you keeping an eye on the water conditioner? The reply.... "what water conditioner?" The softener ran out of salt YEARS ago, the sump pump breaker tripped a long time ago, and the crawl space is full of mold. Gee, if you had listened to anything I said, this wouldn't be happening, now would it? Wish I could get $1500 for my PDIs.
