I have seen something similar when car shopping. I have seen a vehicle with the mandated window sticker and MSRP, then a sticker added just below with the line item "Dealer Mark-up $$$$" I never understood how that dealer sold any cars when other dealers had similar vehicles with nothing added to the MSRP.
