Pre-Delivery Inspection:
Possible Definition?
An inspection of the vehicle performed by the seller before delivering the vehicle to the buyer to make sure the vehicle is in safe working condition.
Another Possible Definition?
An inspection of the vehicle performed by the buyer before agreeing to conclude the purchase transaction and receive delivery of the vehicle.
It seems many in the RV community thinks a PDI is a training session for the buyer plus a warranty that the RV will work flawlessly.
The dealer thinks it is something for which the buyer might want to pay.
All will be disappointed with those assumptions.
