In 2003 we picked up our DP at the Monaco factory in Coburg, OR. We bought the rig from a dealer in CA. Included in the price was a PDI which cost us $1,250. The factory tech who performed the PDI knew less about the coach than we did and only spent 2 hours with us part of that time he was on a personal phone call. When we complained to the dealer he refunded the cost of the PDI and then got Monaco to do the job right!! If I were to buy another new RV (or even a used one) I would find an independent tech to do the PDI.
