Silly question time, how does this dealers know there is mold? Did he show it to you so you can see it for yourself? I agree with Walaby. Take it someplace else and see what they say. Our MH had a bad window leak that was not taken care of by the PO and it destroyed the paneling and a couple of boards around the window. I repaired it and there was zero mold problem.
