If it is covered with an Addco cover then water shouldn't be leaking in.They are designed to keep water out. Is your cover ripped?
I am thinking it could be condensation on the window and it overflowed the window track. I have an Addco cover on our trailer and keep the bathroom vent open, with a Maxxair cover over the vent. It helps to release the condensation.
Hope it is something as simple as this, and not a leaky window or light.
