If you have a motorhome YOU NEED to install or have installed the "Brass Dually Valve Stem Kit" invented by and sold by Chuck Carvitto.
He is the owner of Tire-Man in Ridgecrest, Ca. Phone no; 888-889-8996, E-mail; tire-man@ridgecrest.ca.us
He will explain how and why The valve stem kit MUST BE INSTALLED CORREST and ONLY CORRECT. When I ordered my kit I explained that I was 73 years old and ask if he could recommend some one here in Kentucky who could install it for me. He gave me the name of someone in Bowling Green Kentucky, about 90 miles from me who has purchased and installed several kits. I called the man, his price for the installation was $135.00 for every thing, which I though was a fair price. We set a appointment for the following week. When I took my MH to his shop he explained to me how and why he would do the work. As A retired 35+ years Aircraft mechanic and Inspector I know about doing things correct, as I looked over the shop and on going work I knew this man would do things right. If you end up having some one who has never installed one of these Kits. No matter if he has installed Brass Vale Stems or other kits. This Kit must be installed only as the Instruction say. No ifs and buts about it. Stand over the person doing the work and insure it is being done correctly. If they don't agree with this Get your stuff and go some where else. Don't let some dumb ass Red Neck BS you. They ought to be glad for any help on something they haven't done before. Good luck...Call Chuck he might can help you find someone. He is a good guy.
