Recommendations for 1990's model 22' Class C RV

A friend of mine took an older class C that is probably about a 24’ unit and converted it to a ‘club house’ for use his staff to use at various functions to get out of the weather, be it hot or cold.

He removed the corner bed and had an L-shaped bench / sofa built in its place.

I’ve been in it several times and it’s quite comfortable for 6 or 8 people.
