Recommendations for 1990's model 22' Class C RV

I wanted to post that I just came across an RV that I think may be exactly what I need. It's a 1992 Minnie Winnie Model 22RG. It has a rear cabin alcove that is somewhat separated from dinette by the kitchen, with bench seating that folds down into a bed. It's a perfect set up for having a second meeting area! I wish it was newer with fewer miles, but I couldn't ask for a better configuration for the size.
