OK, now that we have that much info. Open the back from the outside and there should be a pan back there, with a plastic hose laying in it. Pull the insert out of the hose, which is most likely clogged up and clean it. Water may come pouring out, so have a can or bottle ready.
Once done put the little valve back in and let it slow drip into the pan. It will never fill up and overflow, as evaporation always stays ahead of this happening.
Do this , and, check to see that the hole in the nipple attached to the drip pan is clear. On my "Nevercold" the hole was not drilled all the way through. The refer had been leaking for ten years when I got it and had it fixed the first day.
