Did you put them in for hot weather use? If so are you turning your fridge to colder when it gets hotter? The hotter it gets out the further to warmer is where you should be turning the temp control to, if you are setting it to colder the better chance you have of freezing the cooling unit. Setting it warmer allows the fridge to cycle more often while still keeping things cold in the fridge.
