Refrigerator has quit working on elec./ where is fuse?

I have a 94 Rexhall Airbus, refrigerator worked fine when I plugged into electric 2 weeks ago, now it does not, just goes to gas. Does anyone know where the fuse is, if there is one. Thank You

Martha

do you have a gfi that needs to be reset. The outside refrigerator. plug should be connected to a gfi.

X2 - Happened to me a few weeks ago when washing the rig. I left her plugged into shore power to keep the A/Cs running and apparently I shot water into the refer's vent, hitting the electrical outlet and tripping the gfi. Reset the gif outlet upstream, and everything is back to working.

    I have a dometic Fridge
You have a circuit breaker in your breaker box Visually inspect it
Now go outside and you will find a plug and outlet in the outside compartment behind the fridge. Unplug and test with a test light or other electrical device (Fan for example)

on Dometics there is a circuit board with the old 3-ag Glass fuses bottom center

Additional fuses in the black box to the left DO NOT KNOW which ones are 120vac

And the board someone else mentioned. also that black box

If the board is bad Consider Dinosaur boards. they are superior in my opinion .
  • When we had a similar problem, refrigerator would run on propane only, the problem turned out to be a bad converter/charger. Have you considered that?

12vdc is required for gas operation as well, so I'd be looking for a loss of 120vac power.
Be sure it's still plugged in in the back of the fridge, accessible from the outside panel. A meter or small appliance can be checked for power at the outlets there.
There could be a 120v fuse back there, inside a panel, so do take a look there, while you're at it.
Reset all breakers in the main panel.
Check the breakers on your inverter, if you have one.

Probably on the control board assuming you have power to the 120V outlet.
