Registration of a 2014 coach on a 2013 chassis

Hi All, Our 2014 Thor Axis is built on a 2013 Ford chassis. We had both titles and the vin was the same for the Thor coach and Ford chassis. No matter how much we explained to our local tag office...

That's funny, my Bounder is a 1990 model, the registration is for a 1990 even though the Fleetwood ID plate on the side of the RV says built in July 1989 on a 1998 Chevy chassis. The BOS says it is a 1990 and that's is what California DMV said was the proper registration year. Guess it differs by state and probably by employee.
