It is very common for the chassis to be a year or more older than the body of the coach. But when the manufacturer creates the title they always have it done for the year the coach was finished as a whole not just one element of it. I'm not sure you can change it...who know that may be how the manufacturer legally has to do it. I'd contact the manufacturer so they can explain their legal obligations concerning titling your coach/chassis.
I realize the frustration because I'm sure folks think they are being charged more for an older chassis with a newer body.
