Relay
I'm going to replace the fan relay but it appears to be spot welded to the inner drivers side of the firewall under the engine bonnet just forward of the A/C pump. Here's a pic... https://www.dropb...

Generally they just lift off the socket but there may be a latch you need to depress or lift depending on the latch. Photo not detailed and at a bad angle and shaded so can not tell from photo. Never found one Spot Welded though I have seen em welded to a bracket you remove screws from.
Oh and modern vehicles have several identical or nearly identical relays, Blower (2) Fuel pump (1) Aux fan (1 or 2) and more
One Relay is SPST NO and the other is SPDT and usually you can use the 2nd to replace the 1st (but the reverse is not true.)
