It also helps if the search is long and torturous. Looking at a bunch of frogs makes it easier to spot the prince when you see it. I had an advantage of being an RV inspector and seeing what happens to a rig when someone ignores routine maintenance. A well cared for 20 year old coach is a better buy than an ignored 5 year old coach.
