Something I don’t see mentioned often is checking for metal fatigue cracks. Not so much the main frame, but the brackets the coach manufacturer welds on. Luckily, I caught this one at home. Wasn’t a big deal to jack up the gen and have a buddy re-weld the cracked bracket and add a couple reinforcement gussets. My point is to have someone who understands metal fatigue crawl underneath and look at very bracket.
BTW, My guess is wash board dirt roads caused this (after 20 years). I’ll frequently end a trip with a couple miles on a graded dirt road (e.g. Ballarat, Calico, Johnson Valley).
